My name is Zara Pham, and I am truly honored to be a State Farm Agent.

From a young age, I knew that my purpose in life was to make a positive impact and lend a helping hand to those in need. This led me to pursue a bachelor's degree in nursing, where I gained invaluable knowledge and skills to assist individuals during their most vulnerable moments. However, as fate would have it, my journey took an unexpected turn, leading me to become a State Farm Agent.

Becoming a State Farm Agent has allowed me to be intimately involved in our community and help people in various aspects of their lives. It is a tremendous privilege to have the opportunity to serve and connect with individuals on a deeper level. Our mission and vision revolve around providing the greatest customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our valued customers.

One aspect that sets my office apart is our commitment to giving back to the community. We believe in the importance of supporting local schools, and we actively engage in fundraising and donation efforts to contribute to their success. It brings us great joy to know that our contributions can make a difference in the lives of students and educators. Additionally, we make a conscious effort to participate in local events whenever possible, as we believe in the power of community involvement and the positive impact it can have.

I'm a dedicated professional who lead a team providing services in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Finnish. My team members take pride in embracing their connection with customers who speak languages other than English and strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. With fluency in English, Finnish, Spanish and Vietnamese, they are able to build rapport and understanding with customers from diverse backgrounds.
